Uni-Tv: Prime — Personal data removal request

Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All of your data, preferences and history will be removed from our servers.
1. Your right to deletion
In compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and the Google Play privacy policies, you may request at any time the deletion of your personal data stored by the Uni-Tv: Prime application. After your request, your account and all associated information will be removed within 30 days.
2. Data that will be deleted
Upon confirming the request, the following data will be permanently erased:
- Device identifiers (MAC Address)
- Access credentials (username and password)
- Usage history and application preferences
- Subscription and profile data
3. Important information
Before proceeding, please be aware that:
• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• Your account will be removed within 30 days.
• You will lose access to the application after deletion.
• It will not be possible to recover the data after removal.
4. Request deletion
Fill in the fields below to submit your request. Our team will process the request within 30 days and, if you provide an email, we will send you a confirmation once the process is complete.
